Amazing and peaceful location easy walk to Downtown Oaxaca de Juarez. Reasonably large and silent rooms with TV channels and a fan, as example. A wide range of food available in the dining room.

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with space to lounge. The location was wonderful, minutes from a performing arts theater. Everything was perfect, the staff were really kind and polite.

Unbeatable location just off the centro as well as Monte Alban, only 5 minutes walk from Downtown Oaxaca de Juarez. Also, close enough to walk to everything.

The a double room is airy with a fan as well as TV channels. It offers excellent service and large breakfasts. Also, the location is exceptionally nice, minutes from Zocalo Square.

The hotel was very peaceful and beautifully designed, I loved it, especially garden view. It had unbeatable and exceptionally nice location short walk from an arts theater. The attached restaurant was excellent and their staff was really helpful and extremely helpful.

The room was good sized and silent with decent Wi-Fi, TV channels plus a fan, had the best night sleep. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location, the free parking was available. We loved an excellent restaurant with a local menu.

The rooms here are silent and airy with space to lounge. The location is amazing and absolutely perfect, not too far away from Zocalo Plaza. And it's based in a tourist area next to town center, the tourist area, and local restaurants and sightseeing.

Excellent experience there. Relaxing hotel with absolutely perfect and nice location close to the centre in the Oaxaca Historic Centre district. Large and delicious breakfast, amazing food. Silent and spotless rooms with space to lounge, and EXCELLENT services.

Tiny bathroom.

They offer delicious and enjoyable breakfast in the dining room. The location is amazing and ideal in a tourist area, near the main square and many of the main tourist sites. Cafe Bistrot Epicuro with coffee & goodies is 700 feet walk away.

The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to the town centre and within walking distance of the main sights. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I also enjoyed their shuttle service and the pedicure service was top-notch.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was bright and immaculate with space to lounge. Excellent restaurant served local specialties.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful, clean, and had a boutique feel to it. I immediately felt at home when I entered the courtyard. The location was great, as it was in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet still close to the town center. The staff, particularly Jerry at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and made to order. The hotel also had excellent wifi and a comfortable office area for remote work.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Xtilu Hotel - Adults Only. The outdoor courtyards were absolutely beautiful, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, allowing me to stay connected. Additionally, the location was convenient for exploring the city. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
